Sfrido peeler

Sfrido is a peeler designed by Valerio Sommella and is part of the Objects Bijoux collection by Alessi - Italy. Its name (sfrido is the Italian word for scrap) hints at its function, in clear reference to the waste generated during its use. The shape of a stylized ribbon is reminiscent of a continuous ribbon that bends slightly and eventually wraps around the blade. The curves created by dynamic lines allow you to hold the peeler in a natural way. The reduced size and smooth shapes of the peeler allow the user to grip it in the way they find most comfortable. It is suitable for all types of vegetables.
